Founded in 2009, Emerald Cove Investment Partners managing director is David A. De Arce, whom has worked in Real Estate for 25 years, beginning in buyer representation of auction, probate and investment properties in California and, while maintaining a presence in the U.S. Market, spent the last 15 years representing buyers and sellers, both foreign and domestic, in the Italian real estate market.
Emerald cove maintains an office in South & North Carolina and, through relationships with banks, lawyers, contractors and real estate brokers specializing in investment properties, is able to offer a superior service to the discerning investor in income producing properties.

Our three core services are:
- Real estate brokerage. We represent owners and occupants in the purchasing, selling and leasing of income producing properties.
- Property management. We coordinate & manage properties and provide related services to real estate owners and investors.
- Real estate investment partnerships. We form Real Estate Partnerships, where the investor ownes directly a particular building and benefits from
  the rental income without the responsibility of managing directly the property.

We are a small and specialized firm by choice, with a talented team of real estate professionals. This allows us to provide our clients with highly personal attention, to focus on their real estate investment needs over time, and to move with speed and agility in Today’s real estate marketplace.
